A2B

Terms of Service

What A2B does, what it does not do, and what is asked of you.

What A2B is

A2B is a platform that connects people who need to get somewhere with private providers who are already making that journey. You describe a Trip; a provider publishes a Way; A2B matches them on route, timing, service type, what is being carried and capacity, and lets you approach each other.

A2B is not a transport company. It does not own vehicles, employ or engage drivers, operate journeys, or take part in the ride itself.

One account, both sides

There is no separate rider or driver registration. The same account can describe a Trip and publish a Way. Signing in establishes who you are to A2B and nothing else — an account is not a licence, a vehicle, a qualification, an insurance policy, or approval to carry anyone.

What A2B does not guarantee

A2B does not vet providers or travellers, inspect vehicles, confirm licences or insurance, or check that anyone is who they say they are. It does not guarantee that a journey will happen, that anyone will arrive, or that a match will be found at all.

Judging whether a particular journey is safe and suitable is yours to make, on both sides. Anything you agree with another traveller is between the two of you.

Money

A2B processes no payments and holds no funds. A price shown on a Way is a figure that provider stated. Whatever is paid, and how, is arranged directly between you — A2B is not a party to it and stores no payment details.

What is asked of you

Describe your Trip or your Way honestly, including what you are carrying and how much room you have, because that is what matching reads. Turn up when you said you would, or say that you cannot. Treat the other person as somebody sharing a journey with you.

Do not use A2B to harass anyone, to misrepresent who you are, or for anything unlawful. You can block another traveller at any time; a blocked traveller can no longer be matched with you in either direction.

Your data

What A2B stores, and how precisely your locations are shared, is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: your exact pick-up and drop-off points and your contact details stay hidden until you accept a connection.

Ending your account

You can stop using A2B whenever you like. To have the account and its data removed, email privacy@a2bph.com — the Data Deletion page describes exactly what that removes.

A2B may suspend an account that is being used to harm other travellers.

Changes
